Biography
Peter Mac Floy lives in Ireland, but his true passion is capturing the vibrant beauty of the East Coast, from Massachusetts to South Florida.
He is particularly inspired by the lighthouses of Martha's Vineyard and the sunny beaches of Miami, where tropical colors and pristine white sand fuel his creativity. In Miami, he found great inspiration in the dramatic shapes and bright hues of the lifeguard towers, which have become an iconic feature of South Beach.
Mac Floy's paintings embody the spirit of "optimistic futurism," radiating joy through bright colors, light, and an overall sense of positivity.
