Venus Takeru Amano book in perfect condition, first press of 2022 bringing together his latest works made in Japan.
127 page book.
Takeru Amano was immersed in the artistic world from a young age, his father being Yoshitaka Amano, an internationally renowned illustrator artist. Returning from New York, his new influences from the Big Apple mixed with Japanese pop culture, and he gradually defined his own style.
Playing between classicism and modernity in his creations, Takeru Amaro combines the accuracy of the line with an explosive color palette from pop culture as used by Warhol, Haring or Lichtenstein. His popularity continues to grow just like his colleagues like Takashi Murakami, Madsaki, Mr. , JR, Obey, JonOne, Vhils, Roby Dwi Antono, Yoshitomo Nara, En Iwamura, Hirst, Chevrier, Saraiva, Futura Vhils, Javier Calleja, Doodle, Adriana Oliver, Seth, Aérosol, Orlinski, Edgar Plans, Banksy, Aérosol, Kobalt, Kusama, Imbue Invader or Kaws etc...
Takeru Amano is a Japanese artist born in 1977.
Takeru has been in contact with the world of art since his childhood, and in 1997, he moved to New York where he studied engraving for three years. Upon his return to Tokyo, he mixed the new influences from the big apple with the Japanese pop culture which gradually lead to defining his own style.
Using classicism and modernity in his creations, Takeru Amaro combines accuracy of the line to an explosive color palette from the pop culture.
His works have been part of several solo and group exhibitions, specially in Paris, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
